What does the 90-day plan mean?
The sprint gives you a route for your product, sales system and launch. It is a planning framework; your own project determines the pace. The billing and payment commitment are specified in the offer and checkout.
What is included in the monthly credit balance?
The allowance is 1,000 AI credits per paid monthly renewal. A full e-book uses 150 credits and a generated funnel uses 50. Other charged actions use the same balance. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Are video credits included and what do they cost?
Video credits are purchased separately from your software subscription. A pack costs €14.95 including VAT and gives you 240 seconds (4 minutes) of video: for example, 8 videos of exactly 30 seconds or 4 videos of 60 seconds. This is a one-off pack for active Launch90 accounts, not another monthly subscription. The pack is billed in euros. Usage is based on actual video duration, rounded up to whole seconds.
Where can I check the refund terms?
The applicable refund period and conditions are shown at the Stripe checkout. Contact support@launch90.nl if you need help with your purchase.
Where do I get help or manage renewals?
Contact support@launch90.nl for workspace help. Manage subscription renewals through Stripe, under the payment terms shown at checkout. Save the materials you need before workspace access ends.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Launch90 is billed monthly at $69.97 and you can cancel future renewals at any time. There is no long-term contract. You stay in control. Manage your subscription through Stripe, or contact support@launch90.nl for help.
What is on the roadmap?
The integrated AI-avatar workflow for avatar-led product videos is in development and is not available today.
